Far too many boring excersises for your tongue and not enough useful info. I don't really need page after page telling me the best way to trap a cheerio behind my teeth. At least 3/4 of the book is tedious stuff. A few really useful pages of tips and advice.
If giving a good bit of 'O' is as boring as this book, your girlfriend will dump you.
